EEO Public File Report 2009

As per the payroll period ending January 31, 2010, radio stations KCXY-FM, KAMD-FM, and KMGC-FM had a total of seven (6) full time and four (4) part-time employees.

Seven (6) full time positions consist of: Three (3) Officials and Managers (1

White , Male, 2 White, Female); Two (2) Sales Workers (2 White, Female); and

Two (2) Announcers (2 White Males).

Four (4) part-time positions consist of: Four professionals (3 White, Male, 1 Black, Male).

There were three (2) part-time hires in 2009. There were two (2) part-time hires

in 2008.

During the last 12 months, the station employment unit engaged in the

following initiatives:

1. Distributed information about careers in the broadcast field during live

remote broadcasts.

2. Management attended an EEO Compliance Seminar covering EEO Rules

and Policies sponsored by the Arkansas Broadcasters Association.

3. Distributed intern information to colleges that resulted in two (2) part time hires.

4. Radio advertising on all 3 stations resulted in 3 part-time hires.
