As per the payroll period
ending January 31, 2011, radio stations KCXY, KAMD, and KMGC had a total of
seven (7) full time and three (3) part-time employees.
Seven (7) full time
positions consist of: Three (3) Officials and Managers (1 White , Male, 2
White, Female); Three (3) Sales Workers (2 White, Female, 1 Black, Female);
and One (1) Announcers ( 1 White Male).
Three (3) part-time
positions consist of: Three professionals (2 White, Male, 1 Black, Male).
There was one (1) Full-time
hire in 2010, one black female.
During the last 12 months,
the station employment unit engaged in the following initiatives:

Distributed information
about careers in the broadcast field during live remote broadcasts.

Management attended an
EEO Compliance Seminar covering EEO Rules and Policies sponsored by the
Arkansas Broadcasters Association.

Distributed intern
information to colleges and high schools.

Aired recruiting ads on
all stations for interns, resulting in 9 hires of interns. (3 white
males, 3 white females, 2 black females, 1 black male). These interns
were paid by the ABA.

One full-time hire made
from a recruiting ad on Magic 104.5, KMGC.
